Participants have the possibility to apply for a grant and be supported for their registration/Accommodation/Travel.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of Registration:
Cancellation received before August 24th, 2025 will incur an administrative fee of 50%.
Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded.
